SXYTV respects the rights of copyright owners. We do not host or upload video files: all videos are embedded from third-party hosting services. If you believe content linked or embedded on this site infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will review it promptly and remove the page or embed where appropriate.
How to send a takedown notice
Email admin@sxytv.com with:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The URL(s) of the page(s) on sxytv.com that contain the material.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We aim to act on complete notices within a few business days. You may also want to notify the video host that stores the file, since only the host can delete it.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, email admin@sxytv.com with your name and contact details, the URL that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your signature. We may restore the content unless the complainant takes legal action.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we will stop linking to sources that are repeatedly the subject of valid notices.
Other concerns
To report content that shows a minor, was shared without the consent of the people in it, or is otherwise illegal, email admin@sxytv.com with the page URL. We treat these reports as urgent and remove the content while we review it.
