Who we are
SXYTV (sxytv.com) is an adult website for people aged 18 and over. Questions about this policy can be sent to admin@sxytv.com.
What we collect
- Visit data. We use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to see which pages are visited, which devices and browsers are used, and approximate location. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
- Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- Likes and dislikes. Your vote is remembered in your own browser so you can change or undo it. We only store the total counts for each video.
- Age confirmation. Your answer to the age check is remembered in a cookie or in your browser storage, so you are not asked on every page.
We do not ask visitors to create an account or hand over personal details on this site.
Embedded videos
The videos on SXYTV are hosted by third-party video services and embedded in our pages. When you play a video, that service may set its own cookies and collect data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. We do not control this.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar browser storage for analytics, your age confirmation and your likes. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may then work less well.
How we use your data
We use it to run and secure the site, understand how it is used and improve it. We do not sell your personal data. Google processes analytics data on our behalf under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Analytics data and server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including in the European Union, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to how it is used. Email admin@sxytv.com and we will respond.
Children
SXYTV is for adults only. If you are under 18 you must not use this site. If you believe a minor has accessed it, please contact us.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
